The Procurement Managers are pivotal and high profile roles and will work closely with the Head of Procurement, developing and implementing the Procurement strategy, which in turn supports the Trusts business plan.

Enhancing collaborative partnerships will be essential, as such you will demonstrate the ability to engage, challenge and exert influence with key stakeholders including suppliers and purchasing contacts at neighbouring Trusts & Purchasing Consortiums.

Commercially minded the Procurement Managers will understand the importance of delivering work to the highest of standards, with a continual focus on improving productivity and efficiencies. 

MCIPS qualified or equivalent procurement experience is essential, NHS experience would be advantageous. Crucially you will demonstrate the ability to operate at a senior level, negotiate high-value tenders’ and contracts and develop cost efficient procurement and supply chain processes.
