This new opportunity for an accomplished Sales Manager will see you manage all aspects of the commercial process, account management, sales growth, motivating and developing the team, participating in operational board decision making and product development initiatives. The focus will be both retaining/developing existing accounts as well as developing new sales.
Leading a team of 8 sales professionals, you will set and implement a clear sales vision and marketing plan, manage the sales pipeline and oversee account management. You will relish working with exceptionally dedicated and enthusiastic colleagues, strongly identifying with the unique company ethos.
Already clearly a highly successful sales and people Manager, you will be experienced in selling financial and technical products to highly discerning Director level customers.
