Experienced interim PMO Manager required for this three to six month assignment working on a critical transformation programme.
We are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to support their long term transformation programme. To support them in this ambitious project we are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to strengthen the Programme Management function and support a number of cost savings and efficiency programmes.
The key priorities in the role are to establish a robust PMO structure, put in place accurate programme planning and overarching reporting as well as implement processes to track benefits realisation. Working closely with the Programme Director and transformation team you will be working in a challenging environment looking at a range of workstreams across the organisation.
This is a fast moving programme and you will need to be able to show strong portfolio management skills, and be extremely well organised in order to cope with the diverse challenges in the post. This high profile post will offer many unique challenges and you will need to comfortable working with the executive Board and internal and external stakeholders.
